The quality of the vapor is largely related to the coil used within the atomizer.
The coil consists of a resistance wire wrapped around an absorbent material (fiberglass, ceramic, organic cotton). Its structure, which varies by model, affects the amount of vapor produced based on the heated surface area and the amount of liquid in contact with the surface.
On the other hand, the resistance value in ohms is also effective on the heating temperature and vapor production.
Although a minor effect, the distance of the coil to the mouthpiece also affects the vapor temperature.
In other words, depending on the coil type and the resistance value in ohms, even if you use the same electrical power for heating, the result may not be the same.

In addition to vapor quality, factors generally related to the atomizer that should be taken into account are:
Resistance during draw: a lighter or tighter draw.
Tank volume related to how long the liquid will last.
Top or bottom filling system, easy or complex.
The material (plastic or metal) and shape of the mouthpiece (drip tip).
Aesthetics, the appearance when the atomizer is connected to the battery.
