DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE FOR IN-PERSON PICKUP?

First of all, electronic cigarette products are classified as prohibited items in our country. Therefore, in-person delivery is not available for these products. Due to the restrictions, we do not have any physical store, branch, or warehouse. All sales are made exclusively through our online store, and deliveries are carried out only via MNG KARGO.
DO YOU OFFER SAME-DAY COURIER DELIVERY?
-Since these are prohibited products, they are not suitable for transport by courier services. No shipping company allows such products to be delivered by courier. Therefore, our shipments are only made via cargo. Depending on your location, deliveries are generally made within 3 business days. Our shipments are dispatched from Istanbul, Anatolian side.
IS THERE TRANSPARENT PACKAGING OR PACKAGE INSPECTION AT THE DOOR?
-As these are prohibited products, transparent shipping is not used in order to prevent the contents from being visible during transport. Therefore, the delivery personnel do not have the authority to open packages for inspection at the door. For security reasons, and to prevent issues such as theft, cargo personnel are not authorized to open packages at the door. All products are delivered in sealed shipping bags. In cash-on-delivery orders, the courier does not hand over the package before payment is made.
--Due to the legal status of these products in our country, for the safety of both parties, all sales are carried out exclusively through our website. If you experience any issues or require technical support for a product purchased from us, we are here to assist you. The absence of a physical store or in-person pickup is entirely due to the product’s prohibited status. In case your device later malfunctions or requires repair, simply contact us with your order number. We will provide you with a return authorization number so you can send the product back. If repair is possible and spare parts are available, we will assist you through our technical service.
We do not provide repair or technical support services for products purchased from other sources. For such cases, please contact the seller from whom you purchased the device.--
